IfcRender AI is an AI-powered architectural visualization tool that transforms IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) 3D models into photorealistic renderings using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Generate content that violates third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your IFC models and the renderings generated from them. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your files for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Service: IfcRender AI, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier includes limited features and image retention (7 days)
• Pro subscription provides enhanced features and longer retention (30 days)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

IfcRender AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Data Retention

Generated images are automatically deleted after the retention period based on your subscription tier. You are responsible for downloading any images you wish to keep before they expire.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
